I just downloaded Zapier today so that i could initiate a workflow based on delivered status in my Shopify orders. To my disappointment, Zapier doesn’t have this as trigger….. BUT i figured out a hack… and it worked!!!  I hope this helps someone else! 

So Klaviyo (email platform) DOES have this event and I use the “delivered shipment”  trigger to send a few emails via Klaviyo.

  1. I connected the Klaviyo app to my Zapier account
  2.  in my new flow, I selected Klaviyo as the app
  3. for the trigger I selected “new event”
  4. for the metric select “delivered shipment (shopify).

boom!  then you can configure your step in zapier.

It's always exciting to see users find creative solutions to meet their specific needs. Your method of using Klaviyo as an intermediary to track the 'delivered shipment' status from Shopify and then triggering a Zap is indeed a clever workaround. This is an excellent example of how different apps can work together in Zapier to create a custom workflow.
