Delayed Gmail forwarding to BaseCamp 3

I have created a zaps to connect my gmail to basecamp to do list. So when I got a customer email to my gamil, it will be forward to basecamp to do list automatically. However this process always delay for couple time. I am thinking is there any way to boost this forwarding so I don't need to check my gamil frequently.

Hi @gong8451min! Could you explain some more on how you have set up your current workflow? Do you manually give the emails a label, for example, to trigger the workflow?

Fun Fact: Both my name (Zubair) and ⁦‪Zapier‬⁩ are written in the same way in Arabic: زبير

You may want to use native Gmail filter rules to automatically label your emails to then trigger the Zap: https://support.google.com/a/users/answer/9308833?hl=en

Oh, sorry, didn’t explain clear before. I did setup label with gmail filter. But I still want this forwarding fast a bit.
