Hello, I am integrating Vitally, using the action Found custom object instance in vitally. So I am looking for the cases of an account, The data returned by this action is just only the latest support case, can we get the list of all the cases? Thanks

Hi @JorgeA,

I believe this particular action is designed to return only one object, and not all of the existing ones. This would be a feature request for the Vitally team to support that extra capability. I’ve added that from my side, along with your vote for it.

You may want to reach out to the Vitally team directly to express your interest in having that option added to their Zapier integration :)
