Customizing WhatsApp messages in PHC GO integration

Hello, I use PHC GO software and I'm trying the Whatsapp integration with PHC GO. 

The question is: the message sent by WhatsApp can be customized or I have to use the standard ones available?

And if I can customized the message where and how can I do it?

PHC GO’s WhatsApp integration may use predefined message templates, but customization depends on its settings. Check if PHC GO allows custom templates or dynamic fields. If it connects to Zapier, you might use WhatsApp Business API via Twilio to customize messages. Note that WhatsApp Business API may require pre-approved templates for outbound messages. Review PHC GO’s documentation or consider integrating with a WhatsApp provider for more control.

You can create a template for each variation of the messages you want to send, or alternatively, using the free versions of WhatsApp using a QR code connection and have full flexibility in the content of your message.

 

For example, using 2Chat:
