Hi, I would like to custom the following whatsapp notification:

📦 Good news! Your package is on its way! Track your order with this link: EZ-RL-000000 x14 Veeam Data Platform Advanced Universal Subscription License. 18/06/2025

Instead of saying package on it’s way, can i say like you have a delivery on [date] for [PO number] [Qty] [Item].

Just wondering whether is it possible?

    You cannot create your own template within Zapier.
    You must use one of the available pre-defined templates to send a message.

     

    NOTE: The number of characters in your message, including the template and all of the information you add, cannot exceed 1024.
