Creating Tasks in Zoho CRM with reminder

I am trying to create a task reminder in Zoho CRM but I do not know what value is required in the “Remind at” field in Zapier. I was already looking for some details in the Zoho CRM API documentation but did not find anything. 

I assumed I had to enter a date value in the “Remind at” field in the Zoho CRM task, but it didn't work.

Hello @Troy Tessalone great. Thanks a lot. But I still do not understand how the data has to be entered in the Zapier “Remind at” field. 

I tried to enter in this field: “2021-01-29”, “09:00”, “none” (for the frequency), “email” (all values separated with a comma and the values in “”. But this did not work. 

 

"Remind_At": null, //Represents the date, time, frequency, and the type of reminder the owner of the task receives.

Hey @michael291!

I think in this case your best bet might be to reach out to the Zoho support team. They own and maintain that integration and based on the screenshot it doesn’t look like that field is formatted as a date field. They should be able to clarify what they’re expecting there :)
