Hey there I'm making a questionnaire for a website I used gravity Forms to create the form, the questionnaire has eight questions and each question has five answers depending on which answer the user selects I want a certain action to show i've tried to use the filter and AI tool but to no success. I eventually want all the data to be imported onto a PDF. if anybody could help me out that would be great thanks
