Creating a new zap - Google Form won't show in dropdown option

I am creating a new Zap where every time someone completes the Google Form, it will send me an email with the data filled out.

When I go to select the specific Google Form, it does not show up in the drop down. Does anyone know why this would be and how to fix it?

I have selected the correct Google Forms account and all the other Google Forms are there available to select apart from the one I want to use.

Hi @Absolute Drinks , Have you double checked that you have the correct permissions for the google sheet? You also try putting your results in a google sheet and triggering your zap from that as well.
