In this case, you can use the Digest by Zapier app to append all comments that trigger the Zap throughout the day, then release the Digest every day at a specific time. This workflow requires two Zaps:
- First Zap triggers on MarkUp.io comments, then adds the comment to the Digest.
- Second Zap triggers on Schedule, every day at a specific time, releases the digest, then creates a ClickUp task with the content of the digest.
One possible limitation is that, if you are adding hundreds of comments a day, the content might surpass the limit of 25,000 characters per digest. An alternative would be to release the Digest when a certain number of digest items are added (Threshold).
Another option would be to add the comments to a spreadsheet app such as Zapier Tables or Google Sheets, including a date column, then run a Schedule Zap each day at midnight and search for the rows added during the previous day.
