We’re looking to implement an AI Agent that can access our CRM (for the flow example we take a google sheet with basic infos for testing)

 

Our goal is for employees to simply ask questions like, “Which brand had the most sales in November?” and receive quick, reliable answers in text and voice mode.

 

We already set up the API Key to OpenAi but struggle in creating the right flow in Zapier. Does someone know how the flow should look like?
