I’m trying to create a new business prospect within Canopy after receiving data from Referral Rock. I would like to assign this prospect a specific tag that has been created within Canopy already. It’s the one field that I’m not seeing that’s on the Create a Client window within Canopy. I’m not sure if there’s a work around or if it’s not possible?

Yes, it's possible to assign a specific tag to a new client in Canopy using Zapier, even if the tag field isn’t directly available in the Create Client step. We can work around this by using additional steps in Zapier after the client is created, allowing us to assign existing tags programmatically using available actions or webhooks supported by Canopy’s API.
