I am trying to build a Zap that runs once a day to move data from ASANA to Excel. Instead of performing a complete refresh, it should only make changes if a new task is created, an existing task is updated, or a subtask is created. Is it possible to do this in a single Zap? Or should I set up a handshake between different Zaps to make them work simultaneously?

Hi @Dhrv

Review the available Zap app triggers/actions and help links.

Hi @Troy Tessalone

Thanks for the reply. I have already checked the links you mentioned. They are helpful for getting started, but I couldn't find an optimal solution. Based on this, I have created three separate Zaps for New Task, Updated Task, and New Subtask. However, if there’s a solution that allows me to automate all three processes in a single Zap, that would be the most effective approach. I also explored the path functionality, but the limitation there is that it requires a single trigger with multiple actions, which doesn't meet the needs of my case since the triggers are different. Additionally, if I use the scheduler as the first action, there would be no relation to any field for the mentioned automation.
