Create an opportunity in Sellsy for individuals (not company)

Hello,

 

I created a zap connecting sendinblue and sellsy and it works.

My question is :  I need to create opportunities with individuals and not a companies. How is it possible?

Hey @Alalo , You can try below

  • First add an action to create contact
  • Than add an action of creating an opportunity. So while creating an opportunity, link the above contact in this opportunity.

Hope this solves your problem.

I tried already but how can I do to link the above contact to the opportunity?

Hi @Alalo ,

 

When you create a contact, this action will give you an id. Now give this ID as input in next step when you create an opportunity.

Here’s a help article about mapping data points between steps using the ‘Custom’ mapping option: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/set-up-your-zap-action#set-up-your-action

NOTE: Most apps requires the internal ID to link objects, which can be see by looking at the possible dropdown values in a single select fields. (notice the smaller gray value underneath the friendly label)
