Constant Contact will not Find/Create or Update Contact

We are trying to complete an automation using Constant Contact that will Find or Create and then Update a contact in Constant Contact. However Constant Contact will not even complete a test on a Find Step and will not create a duplicate contact or will it allow us to update a contact that we know is in Constant Contact.


When we do get an error we are getting a "Problem creating Sample Error" "While requesting "dev\_method" from Constant Contact we ran into an error: The app returned "No matching resource was found for the supplied URL."."


Not sure what is going on because this is a critical part of the automation as we want to add either new or existing “Contacts” to specific lists  and are not sure if these contacts are new or just need to be updated.

Maybe check on this:

I'm getting an error saying "You don't have permission to perform this action"

Constant Contact requires your account to have the Account Manager role in order to be able to add or edit Contacts via their API.

@Troy Tessalone Thanks, we had our client check on this and they said that they use only one login and that they are an Account Owner.  We have had some luck with creating New Contacts in Constant Contact however we can’t seem to update or find them.  Not sure if we are missing something or the issue is something else?

It looks like all we needed to do was simply reconnect the affected accounts and then everything worked perfectly.  This seems to be something related to an update that Zapier recently made as we have been having similar issues on other connections as well.
