Troy is correct, the Lattice app isn’t available on Zapier at the moment, but it is on our internal wishlist of apps to add to Zapier. So I’ve added your vote for it and although we can’t guarantee if or when it will be built, we’ll definitely reach out once it’s added!

In the meantime, since Lattice appears to have a publicly available API you might be able to connected with it using one of the methods mentioned in the guide Troy shared.

As Lattice has a public API, you can use Webhooks in Zapier action to query the API directly. Here is a helpful article about sending webhooks in Zapier- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496326446989-Send-webhooks-in-Zaps.

I think v1/user/{id}/tasks endpoint will be useful for your usecase. But you will have to test it and see if it give you the data whether the task is outstanding or not. 

 

I can understand it can get a bit more technical and complex but if it’s important for you, you can give this approach a try. Hope it helps!
