Can anyone help me figure out what step I need to take to have Zapier send my Facebook Leads to my Freedomsoft CRM. I spoke to Freedomsoft they told me to ask this platform.

This is just an authorisation step. You need to go into your Freedomsoft account, go to settings, and then go to Zapier Integration to find the value to enter here.
