Connecting wrong fb acct

New here and trying to connect a fb lead ad to zapier, but there are 2 accts in my clients fb and zapier won’t connect the right acct - any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome! Apologies for the delay!

I see that you have been working with Kenyon in Support and they suggested connecting to your Facebook account via incognito mode. Did that do the trick?
