I can see that you contacted my teammates in Support and they explained that Power Lead System doesn’t have a public Zapier integration. They said:

If Power Lead System do offer integration support, this might be via a private integration that is available by invite-only. Or, they might require you to implement webhooks. If you haven't already, I encourage you to contact their support team and enquire if they do formally integrate with Zapier. If they do, they should be able to provide you with any support articles to help set that up.
