Is it possible to utilize Zapier to connect to a Facebook Group to an OpenAI Plus account? The problem that I am trying to solve is to identify scam posts in order to keep group content safe.

There’s a Zapier integration for Facebook Pages, but not for Facebook Groups. With the Pages integration, you can trigger Zaps from new Posts or Comments on the page, but there’s no similar functionality for Groups.
On the OpenAI side, you can’t do any integrations with a ChatGPT Plus account - you would need an OpenAI developer account, which is completely separate, in order to create an API key and incorporate it into Zapier automations.
However, for many use cases, the built-in AI by Zapier app is sufficient, and it uses OpenAI models under the hood; free usage of GPT 4o-mini and 4.1-nano is included with a Zapier plan. You just can’t use more powerful/expensive models, and some of the advanced functionality isn’t available, such as the ability to read files.
