Connecting a Landing page to a crm

Hello!

How can I use Zapier to connect an HTML landing page to an external CRM that isnt on Zapier?

so that every time there is a sign up(lead) it will be passed to the CRM with all the appropriate parameters that are required in the api docs. 

Is there any step by step guide?

        No app, its just an HTML form and the form is on the landing page.

        Actually I dont use any app for the form, is there any app that you can suggest?

        Hey @Protito! I would personally suggest Jotform. It’s my favorite form app - very capable and flexible! Let me know what you think!

        From there, you can likely send that data to your CRM either using a Webhooks step like Troy suggested (if your app supports it), a Code step, or if your CRM has an API, you can add it to Zapier via our Developer Platform.
