Question

Connect AgencyZoom to over 2000 apps

AgencyZoom by vertafore says it has a Zapier intiegration and provides an API Key and API Secret.

The Zapier help article that I read says that I should build a select a beta option called API request.

However I don't see an option called API request and I'm wondering how I can enter the API key and API secret in order to allow Zapier to monitor AgencyZoom for new leads.

Hi @Scoobs

Review the AgencyZoom Zap app available triggers/actions: https://zapier.com/apps/agencyzoom-ca67272/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Hi @Scoobs,

Welcome to the Community.

The general guide to connecting AgencyZoom to Zapier using an API Key and API Secret is the "Webhooks by Zapier" option. Start by creating a new Zap and setting "Webhooks by Zapier" as the trigger with the "Catch Hook" event. Zapier will provide a webhook URL, which you'll input into AgencyZoom's settings to send POST requests when new leads are created. Then, set up an action app (for example, CRM) in Zapier, map the data fields, and test the Zap. Once working, activate it to automate lead transfers from AgencyZoom. For specific guidance, consult AgencyZoom's support.

We hope that this information helps you jump-start your Zap.

Thanks guys this was super helpful! As you probably know web hooks is a premium feature So when I attempted to publish my little ZAP I was prompted by the need to upgrade and was offered a free trial. I didn't have a card on me yesterday and now today when I logged in to publish the ZAP, the free trial is no longer offered… any ideas why? Thanks so much!

Hi @Scoobs,

Trials only last for 14 days. Your trial might have been already expired. You can also contact our Support Team to have your trial extended for you as a one time courtesy.

You can contact our Support Team here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hopefully, this helps.

Thanks Ken, it was so silly, I simply didn’t select the free trial option and clicked upgrade to pro. Just moving too quickly, but noticed today right after reading your response. Thank you! Although I’m only getting 7 days, better than nothing… just hope I have the time to put it all together. Have a great day!
