Conditionally changing outputs

Quick question - I’ve got a gravity form for donations. The client wants the options  to be more fun like “Give where needed most!” so that’s the data that comes in. I need to place those in a fund in their bloomerang account, which takes very specific inputs. Like “Unrestricted giving”. Is there anyway to set a conditional that when the field says “give where needed most!” the output should be “unrestricted giving”. Do I need to change the form to match the bloomerang account? Previously I had to create like 27 zaps, one for each different fund and I’d rather avoid that.

If you know the options on the form(s) then you could try to use a Lookup table to translate the value
