Dear Zapier community,
I have integrated collect.chat and airtable to create a new record everytime there is a new response with collect.chat. The issue I am dealing with is if there is a new response with collect chat with airtable after one has been submitted the next new response with not add to airtable. How do I have it so it adds everytime a new response comes in with out me loading a new response?

Thank you so much for responding. I figured out that the collect.chat plan that I have needs to be upgraded for it to integrate properly.

Everything has been check marked in green and I have tested it and it runs but when I have a new response come in it doesn’t add to the airtable record.

Is the Zap triggering?
If no, then the issue is with Collect.chat.
