Hello! I’m trying to set up a Cognito form to Xero integration. My Cognito form has a repeatable field. How can I setup the integration so the description & number of items are broken down per field?

You need to see the Data out of Cognito forms because sometimes it can be directly mapped. But you might need in Formatter to achieve this repeatable step. See this article- https://zapier.com/blog/formatter-line-item-automation/
So the workflow will look something like this Cognito Forms Trigger → Formatter Step → Xero Action
