Clickup / Gmail Integration: how to auto-add subtask of subtask?

I’ve created a Gmail to ClickUp Zap that auto-adds a newly labeled Gmail email as a subtask in ClickUp. However, I’d like to add it as a subtask of a subtask, but don’t see any option for that in the current integration. Thanks!
