Here’s what I want to do, but I’ve been having issues making it work, can anyone help me crack the logic on this?

 

MEMBER JOINS CIRCLE Community > Adds member to a segment in Hubspot > Once added to Hubspot segment Hubspot tells circle to Assign a ‘CUSTOMER’ tag to the user profile in Circle > Once Customer tag Assigned said Tag triggers invitation to private customer customer support channel in Circle

 

Lot of back and forth… hence tennis match

Can you clarify what you mean by a “segment” in HubSpot.

Please provide screenshots as examples.
