I need to change me email as I do not have access to the old one but of course Zapier need to check who I am by sending an email . 

How can I overcome this issue please

Thank you for your reply , I have done thia but feel like they will reply via email ?? So I’m in a hole

You would need to have access to the email address associated with your Zapier account in order to complete the process of changing your account's email. Likewise, for security reasons our Support team would only be able to respond to the email associated with your Zapier account. 

Are you able to contact your email administrator to regain access? If the mailbox for the email address has since deleted perhaps they can remake it or set up email forwarding from your old email address to another email address that you own?
