I clicked goggle forms to be integrated with mail chimp. I can't find the spreadsheet “Application For Brittany’s 1:1 Online Coaching”. It mainly is showing goggle sheets, not goggle forms. I tried the search feature and load more button and still can’t find it.

For Google Forms to work with Zapier, you need to set up your form so that it collects responses to a Google Sheet. This guide from Google explains how you change how your form collects responses: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/2917686?hl=en
Once you do that, you should see the form in the drop down list 🙂
