I am trying to pull a shared link (a copied link that won’t require a login for view) into my Bubble.io application. But I cannot find anywhere or idea on how to accomplish this…

 

I want to pull this copied link here:

 

 

How I have it setup currently is it’s pulling the “server relative URL” and sending it to my Bubble application:

 

 

 

This actually does work, but when a client clicks the link to go to SharePoint, it requires them to login. We need to access the “Copy Link” URL from the original picture so that it bypasses the login screen (which we tested, the link that gets copied manually does indeed bypass the login screen).

As you can see here, that copied link is nowhere to be found in the “Data Out” section of my step:

 

My question is, is there anyway I can pull that copied share link from SharePoint into Zapier? Or do I have to go through a different method?

Direct access to the "Copy Link" URL through Zapier's standard SharePoint integration isn't currently available. You'll likely need to explore a combination of custom SharePoint settings, API calls, or external services to achieve your goal.

If you have access to SharePoint's admin settings, you might explore creating a script that automatically shares documents with a specific link type and then feeds this into Zapier via another method like an email or a custom webhook setup. Refer to the thread below:
