I’m using Acuity and Redtail. I am able to create a Zap that when you schedule an appointment in Acuity it creates one in Redtail. Now say the client/prospect wants to either cancel or reschedule the appointment. How do I make a Zap to do that?

Do you mean update the existing record in Redtail?
What action are you originally creating in Redtail?
Yes. So the process flow is Client creates an appointment using Acuity → Zap → Redtail “Create new appointment”. Then Client changes the date and time of the appointment using Acuity → Zap → Redtail -- How do I change the appointment date and time in Redtail. Or if they Cancel the appointment how do I cancel the appointment in Redtail?

Those Actions/Searches are not available via the Redtail Zapier integration.
A more technical way to achieve what you’re trying to do might be possible by using the Redtail CRM API: https://help.redtailtechnology.com/hc/en-us/sections/200708380-CRM-REST-API-

Hmm. Is there another Online Calendaring tool that would allow that type of integration?

The limitation is with Redtail, not the scheduling app.
FYI: Most app integrations with Zapier are maintained by the app developer, rather than Zapier, so best to direct these type of feature requests to the app developer.
