Can Zapier schedule export of Shopify purchases at a set time?

Hello

I would be interested in linking to a Shopify site.

The question is whether zapier can export the purchases made in the system at a fixed time, e.g. every day between 8-9 a.m. and can it send these exports to a specified email address?

    Hi @Zsani, welcome to the Community! 


    What information does the export need to contain? Is it that you’re looking to get a list the orders made sent to you in an email?

    If so, the Digest by Zapier app might be a good option as it would allow you to compile a list of all the orders that come in and schedule a specific time for it to be released and sent via email. You’d need to set up a Zap with the following trigger and actions:

    • Trigger: New Paid Order (Shopify) triggers when a new order is placed.
    • Action: Append Entry and Schedule Digest (Digest by Zapier) adds order information to the digest and releases it at a set time.
    • Action: Send Email (Gmail) this would send the email out only at the time the digest is scheduled to be sent. Using Gmail as an example here, you can see the other email apps we support here: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/email
