I´m using the Zoom/Gmail zap to send recordings to people when a recording is ready, but I need to send these recording to different mailing lists. I was thinking to use the recording´s topic to do so, but apparently you can´t use this parameter (recoridng´s topic) in the zap. Any suggestions?

Hi
The topic should be a field you can use and then have a lookup step for the topic to the mailing list to send to.
