where do you find lookup as i cant see it on mine.

Can't find Lookup Spreadsheet Row for Google Sheets

Ah, Lookup Spreadsheet Row is an action not a trigger which is why it’s not appearing in the list of available trigger events. You’ll need to add a Google Sheets action to your Zap and then it should be possible to select it from the list, like so:
