Can I use Zapier to turn my Google Home into a Grandfather Clock Simulator?

I would like to have my Google Home chime every fifteen minutes like a grandfather or cuckoo clock. Can I use Zapier to automate this?  I can create routines to make GH announce the time but that is not what I am looking for.

Unfortunately, this integration is not possible yet. There are a lot of interesting workarounds using routines but they are time consuming to set up.
