Can I set up a Zap for Gmail email reminders for my team when a Jira Software Cloud issue's end date approaches?

I would like to set up a zap for generating email reminders from Gmail for the team members when the estimated end date of issues in Jira is almost up. Do you think that is possible to do so?

Thanks Troy. How about existing issues (subtasks)? Or it is mandatory to set the reminder up when I raise it?

I’m unclear on both of your questions.

Can you please clarify and provide specific examples?

So now I have already entered a number of subtasks (issues) in a project of Jira. Does your zap apply to the exisiting issues in Jira or only I can use when I create new ones.
