Can I change my 3 Premium Apps in the Starter Plan anytime?

I know we get 3 premium apps in the starter plan.   Can we change which 3 premium apps anytime we like or is that choice fixed for the duration of the plan?

    It depends on which Premium Zap apps are used in the Zaps that are ON.
