Can I bulk import contacts from Google Sheets to a CRM system?

Hey Guys, 

 

I am working in Recruitment, I have been given a contact list via Google Sheets, it has over 200 clients on the list so I am wondering is there a way to bulk upload those as a contact rather than idividually.
