Calendly and monday.com

When anyone create a Calendly invite it should create a item in monday.com. when the invite is canceled or rescheduled the monday.com related item status column should change to canceled how to create this workflow in Zapier ?

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

You’d need to create two Zaps for your desired workflow. Here’s how I see the Zap you have in mind:

For Calendly invites:

  1. Trigger: Calendly - Invitee Created
  2. Action: monday.com - Create Item

For canceled invites:

  1. Trigger: Calendly - Invitee Canceled
  2. Action: monday.com - Get Item by Column Value
  3. Action: monday.com - Update Item
