Hi there,

 

I would like a zap to do the following please.

 

between: Acuity scheduling and Active Campaign

 

When a client books a meeting via Acuity scheduling, then on the Active Campaign Deal- the Deal is then moved to a different stage in the pipeline.

 

the clients can be identified by either their first and last names, or even easier- their email address.

 

The client with their email address would already be entered into Active Campaign, it’s simply moving them to a different stage in the pipeline.

 

Can you please tell me if/how this is possible?

Hey there! I had trouble connecting my Acuity Scheduling account (and didn’t have the time to troubleshoot) - So I can’t share this zap with you- But here’s a screenshot which should get you started.

 

New Appointment → Create/Update contact

(You may need to search for the contact first)

but they are always going to be new contacts coming in to active campaign. 

so i’m hoping that for everyone new Acuity meeting booked, they could just find the same contact via their same email address or something.
