Beacon and Docusign zap set up

I am trying to set up a Zapier link between my Beacon CRM system and Docusign.  I am a brand new user, with no experience on Zapier!  Ultimately, I want to be able to change something on Beacon across a number of records, and that status change to trigger sending out personalised “envelopes” from Docusign to individuals, for their signature.  There will only be a small number of fields required to be transmitted to Docusign - Name, email address, Job title, organisation, but I might want to do up to, say 50 of these in, ideally, one “trigger” - i.e. when I change the status of all 50 records.  I’m not clear whether I have to set up a bulk list on Docusign to start with, or whether I need to run a series of triggers via Zapier to Docusign - setting up a bulk list, adding people to that bulk list, then triggering sending that bulk list an envelope based on a template…..

Either way, when trying to set up my Zap, I am invited to edit a load of fields from my Beacon system but I can’t see how to do this (beyond clicking on the edit button) - as there is an awful lot of irrelevant stuff there.

If anyone can provide some initial pointers, web-based information on how to get started with my zap edit, or names and contact details for UK based experts who might be able to help me, that would be brilliant.  Thanks to all and anyone for advice in advance!
