We are using Freshdesk New Ticket Event to Create a Work Item in Azure DevOps.

The Zap fails because we have trying to log a Bug which required SystemInfo to be populated by default but we aren't presented with that field in the customization the Azure DevOps step so can’t add the value.

What are we doing wrong ?

Systeminfo isn’t a field that’s currently available in the Create Work Item action. We do have a feature request open for this and I’ve added you as an interested user. This lets the Azure DevOps team know how many folks would like to see this addition and also means that we’ll send you an email when we have an update.
