Try testing the Zap again manually.

Try turning the Zap on and testing by adding a subscriber to AWeber to trigger the Zap, then check the results in the Zapier Task History: https://zapier.com/app/history/

The results of the test should return the row and data points that were sent for each row.

Check your GSheets app authentication in Zapier here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Check if the GSheet tab has any permissions/protections on it.

Otherwise, try deleting the GSheets Zap step and reconfiguring.

I have everything as you suggested  

the sheet is only receiving a sample data but when the actual subscriber signed up it is not adding any new row with new subscriber information

FYI: Zaps only work when turned ON for NEW data going forward.
