Automating lead distribution with Airtable and Zapier

I'm building an automated lead distribution system using Airtable, Zapier, OpenPhone, and Google Sheets. Leads come into Airtable (either via CSV or form) and are assigned to reps based on ZIP codes.

The goal is to automatically send 1 new lead per rep per day at 10AM, using Zapier. The message can go via OpenPhone or Gmail.

How can I make sure it only sends per rep everyday.

Hi @krishnaarana

Much of that logic can be configured using Airtable Automations.

Airtable Automations have a schedule trigger event.

Airtable Automations have a native integration with Gmail.

If you need to hire help, there is a directory of Zapier Partners: https://zapier.com/partnerdirectory

The thing is @Troy Tessalone I also want to use openphone and that won’t be possible. My other workaround was that as the sales rep is low, can I use find record in my case? As it gives only 1 record (not sure abt this).

If you have any other suggestion that would be great.

@krishnaarana

You’ll have to use the concept of looping iterations in Zaps/Airtable Automations:
