Hi! I’d like to know how to automatically create an ID that identifies the most important words from a news text.

Every day, I write something like this:

AUTONOMOUS CONSTRUCTION
In Australia, a robot has been developed that can build houses of up to 200 m² in a single day, using recycled materials and low-impact construction techniques.

Then, I create an ID to identify the content.
First comes the number, then the word NEWS, followed by 2 or 3 key nouns from the text.
The last number always stays the same, since it represents the duration in seconds.

Example: 005011_NEWS_AUSTRALIA-ROBOT-CONSTRUCTION_12

Is there a way to write the news text and automatically identify the key words to create the ID?

Thank you!

Hi there Giuliana,

Thanks for reaching out! My name’s Scott and I’m a Technical Support Specialist here at Zapier. I hope you're having a great day so far—happy to lend a hand here.

When it comes to what you are looking for here, and that you do need this to be predictable, but flexible to summarize, I do think this may be a good case to utilize our AI by Zapier actions.

In here, if you set a prompt to summarize the article, to get the most pertinent nouns in the article, that reflect the General topic ( World News, Money, Sports..etc) or profession, this should be able to provide something more specific all around.

For the example above, I would set something like “summarize the following article, from the most specific 3 nouns, from World news”

I hope this helps clear more up, and if you do have a more specific use case, let us know. We will be here to help if needed.
