There is no Outlook Zap app action to update an email or move an email.

Sorry new to this app. I checked the available triggers and I didn’t see one that will either move an email and place it to an existing Outlook folder (similar to what Outlook Rule does) or one that will record the manual tasks and automate the process.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Zaps work with app APIs which are app to app automations behind the scenes, not via an app’s UI.
If you are trying to use a screen recording tool to mimic interacting with an app’s interface, Zapier won’t be the right tool for that.

Can Zapier move emails in Outlook from InBox to another Outllook folder within the same mailbox similar to what Outlook Rules can do?
