Automate receipt payment

Can I use Zapier  to automate “receive payment” in QuickBooks online ? i receive EFT payments and then I will receive a remittance advice email, see attachment. I would like to just forward my remittance email to Zapier and then wishfully it would extract the info and create a receipt payment in QuickBooks.

Welcome to the Zapier community.

To automate payment receipts in QuickBooks Online using Zapier, you can use the "Create Sales Receipt" action. However, if you're extracting info from remittance emails, you'll likely need an email parser (like Zapier Email Parser) to capture key details such as payment amount and customer name. Once parsed, a Zap can trigger and send the data to QuickBooks. This setup can be complex, so it's best to test it on a small scale first.
