I have a process for which I have companies registering in an association and then people asking to be affiliated with the company as members (so they company pays for them). Everything is beautifully automated using mainly Jira, email and Zapier but one point bugs me. At the moment the company representative is asked to validate the people asking to be affiliated. The way I found to do it is webhooks sent my email to the representative. The issue is that it is prone to misusenas they can see the URL and more importantly when they click they are redirected to an browser with the webhook response and this is ugly and not necessary. I read there is no way to redirect a webhook to a thank you page or something like that. How would you do this approval collection differently? I thought for example to use prefilled Google Forms instead of webhooks but I am not sure it would be better.
Hi
Having a user submit a prefilled form would probably be the best way to go.
There are many Form apps available to use.

Hey there
How did you get on with Troy’s suggestion? Were you able to find a form app that allows you to prefill the form and redirect to a thank you page?
If you’re still exploring options, you might find Zapier Interfaces helpful—it lets you build forms that are prefillable, and either show a confirmation message or redirect to a custom page. Plus it wouldn’t count towards your task usage.

I'm fact I continued with the webhooks. The mail issue with Google forms is that I would have to make field non editable and it is not possible. I'd have ti use jotform but I don't want to add a tool. But yets interfaces could be a solution! I'll look into it.
