Auto-Tag Contacts in Zoho CRM Based on Wix Form Submissions

I’ve connected Wix with Zoho CRM via Zapier. I have multiple forms on my Wix site (e.g., "Business Coaching", "Reiki Session", "Spiritual Development", etc.), and I want each form submission to automatically create a lead in Zoho CRM with a specific tag applied depending on which form was submitted. The tags already exist in Zoho.

Please recommend the best structure to:

  1. Detect which Wix form was submitted.

  2. Automatically apply the correct tag to the contact in Zoho CRM.

  3. Avoid creating multiple Zaps if possible.

I want the setup to be scalable for future forms as well.

You can set Up Wix Automations for each form in Wix and on Zapier Side you can Create a Catch-Hook that receives data.

You can use formatter or coding step to update value of a variable depending upon the form name etc and use path to separate each following step such as giving the relevant tag etc, depending upon the variable value.

Hey ​@hammadur.pk, just checking in—did you have any success with the approach Mohammad_Shahzaib_Nawaz suggested? Or did you find a different solution? 

If not, you might want to look at using a lookup table to convert the Form Name or Form ID into the corresponding Zoho tag. If you’ve not used lookup tables in Zaps before I’d suggest checking out our Create lookup tables in Zaps guide to learn more.
