Auto-fill Missing Emails in HubSpot Contacts Using RocketReach via Zapier

I’m looking to create a Zap that automatically enriches existing HubSpot contacts who are missing an email address, using the RocketReach API.

Here’s the setup I’m aiming for:

  • Trigger: Regular check (scheduled Zap) or bulk scan of HubSpot to find contacts where the email field is empty

  • Filter: Only proceed if the contact has both first name, last name, and company name

  • Action (Code): Use RocketReach’s API to find the email address based on name + company

  • Update: If an email is found, update the same contact in HubSpot with that email

Hi @aval,

Great use case! You can definitely set this up with a scheduled Zap + HubSpot search + RocketReach API call via Webhooks or Code step. Just make sure to handle rate limits and check RocketReach's terms for enrichment.
