Hi, I'm completely new to this. I have a simple glide app which can trigger a call using a stored mobile number. But I want to directly dial the number, not take me to the dialer pad on an android phone. The number is populated, but is there a zap and app that can ring the number directly with the info stored in glide?

I have never seen any specific app that can autodial a number, but I suggest having a look at our app directory for Phone & SMS apps: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/phone.
